Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas and green lentils
Put them in a food processor alongwith chopped onions, garlic parsley, lemon.juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and cardamom powder.
Pulse.all ingredients till grainy texture is formed
Just before frying add baking soda, sesame seeds and salt. Mix well.
Heat oil in a skillet
Meanwhile make lemon size balls from falafel mixture
Once oil is hot fry the falafel balls over medium heat.
Serve hot with hummus or Tahini sauce
