Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups for dough : boiled potatoes (mashed)


  • 1/2 cups finely chopped spinach


  • 2 tbsp spinach puree


  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs or more


  • 2 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4-5 nos for filling : mozzarella cheese cubes cut in small size


  • 1 tbsp for slurry : maida


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1/2 cups for coating : bread crumbs


  • 250 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients of dough in a mixing bowl.
  • Make equal size portions of dough. Flatten it like tikki. Place one Mozzarella cheese cube. Seal it & make in roll shape.
  • Make all rolls like wise.
  • Add maida and water in a bowl. Mix well. Dip roll in slurry
  • Roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Do all rolls like wise.
  • Heat oil in a Kadhai. Once oil heated slide rolls. Deep fry these rolls on medium flame until golden brown.
