Ingredients

Serves 4

  • potatoes boiled 3 nos

  • beetroot grated 1 nos

  • bread crumb 2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • Coriender 1/2 bowls

  • oil to fry 2 tbsp

Directions

    In a bowl add mashed boil potatoes, grated beet root, coriender, salt red chilli powder, garam masala, mix well

  • 02

    Now take small portion using ice cream sticks give shape of lollipop

  • 03

    Dip this lollipop in bread crumb

  • 04

    Deep fry lolipop, after frying cover the stick part with aluminium foil
