Ingredients

  • beans chopped 250 gms

  • Peanuts 1 cups

  • ginger 1 inch

  • garlic 1 nos

  • Coconut powder 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • daniya powder 1 tsp

  • haldi 1 nos

  • oil 1 tsp

  • Tomato puri 1 cups

  • onion rings 3 nos

Directions

    Take peanut ginger garlic, coconut powder blend in mixing jar

    Now in pressure cooker add oil and then 3 sp oil add this mixture and roast it now add beans cook for 2 mins then add tomato puri salt, red chilli powder, haldi daniya , coriander, 1 cup water mix well and then cover the lid and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistle

    Serve hot garnish with onion rings
