Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 kgs cabbage grated


  • 1/2 kgs gobi grated


  • 1/2 cups spring onion


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 2 tsp chopped chillies


  • 2 tsp maida or as required to make balls


  • 2 tsp soy sauce


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 cups oil to fry


  • 1 nos ching's manchurian mix pack

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients properly.
  • Make small sized balls and deep fry
  • In a bowl mix manchurian mix with some water.
  • Whisk it properly.
  • Take oil in pan and add garlic and some spring onions
  • Add the manchurian mix and let it thicken a but. Then you add manchurian balls
  • Sprinkle spring onion n serve.
