  • Khoya (Mawa) grated 1 cups

  • White sesame seeds 1 cups

  • Ghee 1/4 cups

  • Powdered Sugar 1 cups

  • Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp


  • 01

    Roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till light brown in colour. Cool and put in a mixer jar and grind coarsely.

    Add khoya in a pan and saute for 3 minute.

    Add ghee in a pan  and sauté  till khoya turns light brown golden colour.

  • 04

    Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add powdered sugar, roasted griended sesame seeds and cardamom powder into the mixture and mix well.

    Divide the mixture into equal medium sized portions and roll them into laddoos while the mixture is warm.

    Arrange the laddoo on a serving plate and serve.
