  • 1 cups khoya (mawa) grated

  • 1 cups white sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cups ghee

  • 1 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder


  • Roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till light brown in colour. Cool and put in a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
  • Add khoya in a pan and saute for 3 minute.
  • Add ghee in a pan  and sauté  till khoya turns light brown golden colour.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add powdered sugar, roasted griended sesame seeds and cardamom powder into the mixture and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into equal medium sized portions and roll them into laddoos while the mixture is warm.
  • Arrange the laddoo on a serving plate and serve.
