  • 150 gms sugar


  • 1 cups milk


  • 10 nos pista for garnish

Directions

  • Ek pot ko ghee se grease karke rakh de.
  • Ek kadai mai mawa ko light golden colour ka bhun le.
  • Ab mawa mai milk , sugar n malai mix karke midium to low flame par continuously chalaye.
  • Jab mixture thick ho jaye aur kadai ka kinara chodane lage toh gas off kar de.Mixture ko grease kiye hue pot mai dal kar thanda hone ke liye rakh de.
  • Thanda hone ke bad apani pasand ke shape mai cut karake pista se garnish kare.
  • Milkcake bankar reddy hai.Eat to serve and Enjoy !!
