Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 1/2 bowls boiled sweet corn made into paste in blender .


  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1/2 nos chopped capsicum


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 bowls elbow macaroni boiled


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp amchoor


  • 1 bowls bread crumbs


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1/4 bowls boiled corn


  • 2 tbsp maida


  • 2 tbsp gram flour


  • 1 nos handful mint and coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp almonds and cashew


  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients one by one slowly.
  • Add all dry spices to form a thick batter.
  • Apply little oil on both palms to roll it in form of cutlets, dumplings or kebab.
  • Wrap in bread crumbs.
