Milk 1 1/2 bowls
Semolina 3/4 bowls
Crumbled Paneer 1/2 bowls
Garlic Cloves 12 nos
Green Chilli,chopped 2 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil for Frying 2 tbsp
Take milk in a pan.Allow it to boil.
As it boils add green chilli and garlic cloves.
Allow it to boil in a milk for sometime by stirring.Add salt and black pepper powder.
Add paneer... batter thicken little bit.
Finally Add semolina and it becomes thickened like a dough.
Divide it into 3 parts. Give desired shapes.
Freeze for sometime in freezer.
Take it out and fry in oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
