In a bowl add besan Haldi salt ajwain

Batter should not be thick or thin
Now heat a nonstick tawa add little
bit of oil
pour some batter into the center of tawa
cook for two min
Now flip it over and cook on the
other side For stuffing
Heat a pan add little bit oil add
jeera and sauté it
Add onion carrot capisum and cook for
for a min Add salt red chilly pow and
mix it well
Add paneer and mix it well let it be cool
Now take one chilla put 1tsp
stuffing in the center
Roll like a potli and tie
with cucumber peel
and put tooth pick in the center
and serve with any type of sauce
