Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 litre milk


  • 2 cups roasted sevayi


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder


  • 1-2 nos saffron


  • 4-5 tsp dry fruits


  • 1/2 cups sugar

Directions

  • Heat milk and reduce to half.
  • Add roasted sevayi and let it simmer till sevayi is cooked
  • Add elaichi powder and dry fruits with sugar and cook 5 minutes. Give it a stir.
  • Serve hot or chilled
  • I served chilled and garnished with strawberry and mango jellies that i had in my fridge.
