Ingredients

Serves 5

  • milk 1 litre

  • Roasted Sevayi 2 cups

  • elaichi powder 1 tsp

  • saffron 1-2 nos

  • dry fruits 4-5 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 cups

Directions

    Heat milk and reduce to half.

  • 02

    Add roasted sevayi and let it simmer till sevayi is cooked

  • 03

    Add elaichi powder and dry fruits with sugar and cook 5 minutes. Give it a stir.

    Serve hot or chilled

  • 05

    I served chilled and garnished with strawberry and mango jellies that i had in my fridge.
