Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups chana daal


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder


  • 5-6 tsp dry fruits chopped


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 2 cups maida


  • 1/2 cups wholewheat flour

Directions

  • Take chana daal in pressume cooker and add sugar and 3 cup water. Cook for 6- 7 whistle or more.
  • Take maida and wholewgeat flour and knead a dough. Make little balls to make roti
  • Take the chana daal mix and add elaichi powder and mix well.
  • Cook for more tym if it is watery .
  • Add dryfryuits.
  • Make a ball of the dough and press it. Stuff this mix and close it like dumplings.
  • Now roll a roti and put it on tawa greased properly with ghee.
  • Flip it and cook on both sides till it turns golden .
  • Serve hot by adding ghee.
