Take chana daal in pressume cooker and add sugar and 3 cup water. Cook for 6- 7 whistle or more.
Take maida and wholewgeat flour and knead a dough. Make little balls to make roti
Take the chana daal mix and add elaichi powder and mix well.
Cook for more tym if it is watery .
Add dryfryuits.
Make a ball of the dough and press it. Stuff this mix and close it like dumplings.
Now roll a roti and put it on tawa greased properly with ghee.
Flip it and cook on both sides till it turns golden .
Serve hot by adding ghee.
