Heat oil and add rai. Let it splutter and add ginger garluc paste
Grind onion with coriander to smooth paste . And add to the onion.
Now add salt and wait till onion turn brown.
Next add tomato and let it leave oil.
Add garam masala and 1 1/2 cup water
Let it boil and add coriander to garnish.
Take a bowl add sev and pour curry on top or add sev while boiling.
Keeping sev in the curry for more time would make them soft.
Eat hot with chapati or rice.
