Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup thick masala sev


  • 1 onion roasted


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 tsp Coriander


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp mirch


  • 1 tsp rai

Directions

  • Heat oil and add rai. Let it splutter and add ginger garluc paste
  • Grind onion with coriander to smooth paste . And add to the onion.
  • Now add salt and wait till onion turn brown.
  • Next add tomato and let it leave oil.
  • Add garam masala and 1 1/2 cup water
  • Let it boil and add coriander to garnish.
  • Take a bowl add sev and pour curry on top or add sev while boiling.
  • Keeping sev in the curry for more time would make them soft.
  • Eat hot with chapati or rice.
