Heat a pan add ghee and vermicelli
and roast it till it becomes brown
Switch off the flame add milkmade and
mix it well
Now take a silicon cup and spread
the mixture in it press it
lightly with the help of spoon and
take a shape of katori
Keep the cups in a freezer
In a bowl add hung curd add sugar
and cardamom pow and mix it well
beat it when the curd is creamy
Take out the vermicelli from the cups
and put this curd mixture
Garish with some
pomegranate and serve chilled
