For baked curd:Take curd and cream in a bowl.Mix gently for 2 minutes.
Add condensed milk slowly and keep stirring.
Add essence.
Preheat oxy air fryer for 5 minutes at120c. Arrange bowl in fry basket and close it properly.keep for 20 minutes to bake at same temperature.
While it is done we can see mixture shakes but stay together firm.
Baked curd is ready to be served chilled.
Recipe for green sweetened rice: Wash and presoaked rice for 10 minutes.
Add water in powde in pressure cooker, allow it to boil, then add ghee.
After a boil add rice, allow it to cook slowly in open cooker without closing.
Add essence and colour. Slowly water gets absorbed and add sugar and green sweetened rice r ready.
1 bowl orange carrot balls recipe: Take 1 tbsp ghee in karahi.Add grated carrots and mix well.
when cooked for sometime, add milk slowly and keep on stirring.
Add cardamom powder, slowly milk gets absorbed in carrots and beautiful orange colour of carrots can be seen cooked and soft.
Add sugar and dry fruits.
Let it cool for sometime and make balls by pressing in between palms.
