Heat oil and add cloves , elaichi, dalchini and onions
Stir it till caramelize by adding some salt to it
Add ginger garlic paste
Add potatoes and spice powder and saute it
Add curd and stir well.
Add water 1.5 cup and close the lid.
You can also pressure cook for 2 whistles
Check to see if potatoes are cooked
Add coconut milk and cashews .
Stir well till gravy thickens. Serve hot.
