Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For masala:roast and ground kashmiri lal mirch 2-3 nos


  • dhaniya seed 1 1/2 nos


  • khaskhas 2 tsp


  • jeera 1/2 tsp


  • For curry : potatoes chopped 3 nos


  • Oil 2 tsp


  • Cloves 2 nos


  • elachi 2 nos


  • Cinamon 1 nos


  • curd whisked smoothly 4 tsp


  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • cashews 10 nos


  • coriander leave 2 tsp


  • coconut milk 6-7 nos


  • onion sliced thinly 1 nos

Directions

  • Heat oil and add cloves , elaichi, dalchini and onions
  • Stir it till caramelize by adding some salt to it
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add potatoes and spice powder and saute it
  • Add curd and stir well.
  • Add water 1.5 cup and close the lid.
  • You can also pressure cook for 2 whistles
  • Check to see if potatoes are cooked
  • Add coconut milk and cashews .
  • Stir well till gravy thickens. Serve hot.
