Add cauliflower florets in boiling water for 5 min.
Grind tomato and cashew together and keep aside.
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan
Golden fry the florets and remove.
In same pan add bay leaf , chopped onions and wait till they caramalize
Add ginger garlic paste and wait till raw smell goes away.
Add tomato and cashew paste and garam masala. Saute till oil separates
Switch off stove and add 2 tsp curd.
Add 1 1/2 cup water and stir.
Add florets and cook 5 min.
Add kasuri methi / fenugreek leaves
Add 2 tsp cream and garnish with coriander
