Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • Gobi 1 kgs


  • Chopped Onion 2 nos


  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp


  • Curd 2-3 tsp


  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp


  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp


  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp


  • Bay Leaf 1 nos


  • Shahi jeera 1/2 nos


  • Fenugreek leaves bunch,dried 1/2 nos


  • Cream 2 tsp


  • Haldi 1 tsp


  • Kasjmiri Lal Mirchi 2 tsp


  • For Paste: Tomatoes 2 nos


  • Cashew 6 nos

Directions

  • Add cauliflower florets in boiling water for 5 min.
  • Grind tomato and cashew together and keep aside.
  • Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan
  • Golden fry the florets and remove.
  • In same pan add bay leaf , chopped onions and wait till they caramalize
  • Add ginger garlic paste and wait till raw smell goes away.
  • Add tomato and cashew paste and garam masala. Saute till oil separates
  • Switch off stove and add 2 tsp curd.
  • Add 1 1/2 cup water and stir.
  • Add florets and cook 5 min.
  • Add kasuri methi / fenugreek leaves
  • Add 2 tsp cream and garnish with coriander
