Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • milk 6 cups.


  • basmati rice soaked 3 tsp


  • custard powder 3 tsp


  • Red grapes 15 nos


  • banana 2 nos


  • diced apple 1 nos


  • sugar or as required 6-7 tsp


  • Saffron 2-3 nos


  • deyfruits crushed 1/2 cups


  • butter 1 tsp

Directions

  • Heat pan and add rice and 5 cup of milk and boil.
  • Reduce heat and keep stirring
  • Take custard powder in a bowl and add some milk and whisk it
  • Heat butter in a pan and add all fruits with 1 tsp sugar
  • Cover the lid and keep cooking on low flame till fruits soften
  • Add custard mixture to the rice when it is cooked properly.
  • Cook till mixture thickens and add sugar, saffron, dry fruits
  • Transfer fruits into bowl and pour custard kheer on top.
  • Garnish with different colours and serve. I had green rasgulla and cherry to garnish.
  • Eat chilled
