Heat pan and add rice and 5 cup of milk and boil.
Reduce heat and keep stirring
Take custard powder in a bowl and add some milk and whisk it
Heat butter in a pan and add all fruits with 1 tsp sugar
Cover the lid and keep cooking on low flame till fruits soften
Add custard mixture to the rice when it is cooked properly.
Cook till mixture thickens and add sugar, saffron, dry fruits
Transfer fruits into bowl and pour custard kheer on top.
Garnish with different colours and serve. I had green rasgulla and cherry to garnish.
