Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • toor dal 1 cups


  • masoor dal 1/2 cups


  • dried red chillies 2-3 nos


  • sugar, hing 1 pinch


  • salt to taste 1 tsp


  • oil 3-4 tsp


  • garlic cloves , curry leaves 2 nos


  • coriander leaves 1/2 cups


  • cumin powder 1 tbsp


  • rai 1 tbsp


  • jeera 1 tsp


  • coriander powder 1 tsp


  • haldi 1 tsp

Directions

  • Pressure cook dal in 3 cup water and add haldi and salt as per taste
  • When daal is cooked mix it well.
  • Add cumin and coriander powder
  • Heal oil in pan and add rai , garlic , curry leaves, hing, crushed red chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Serve with basmati rice.
