Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cucumber


  • Curd 1 1/2 cup


  • 1 pinch sugar, hing


  • 1 tsp salt or as required


  • 1 tsp urad dal


  • 2 -3 curry leaves


  • 2 green chilli or dried red chilly


  • 2-3 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp raii

Directions

  • Grate cucumber and take it in a bowl.
  • Add curd, salt, sugar and mix well.
  • Heat oil in tadka pan and add rai, curry leaves, urad daal, chillies and add this oil over yhe cucumber mix.
  • Eat it at lunch or dinner.
