3 cucumber
Curd 1 1/2 cup
1 pinch sugar, hing
1 tsp salt or as required
1 tsp urad dal
2 -3 curry leaves
2 green chilli or dried red chilly
2-3 tsp oil
1 tsp raii
Directions
Grate cucumber and take it in a bowl.
Add curd, salt, sugar and mix well.
Heat oil in tadka pan and add rai, curry leaves, urad daal, chillies and add this oil over yhe cucumber mix.
Eat it at lunch or dinner.
