Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Goat liver 1/2 kgs

  • onion 2 nos

  • Pepper 3 tsp

  • tomato 1 nos

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Fennal powder 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 tsp

  • Oil 5 tsp

  • Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Coconut 1/4 cups

  • Tumeric 1 tsp

Directions

    Wash liver and keep aside

  • 02

    Take Greaded coconut and fry in the pan keep aside

  • 03

    Heat oil in pan fry first ginger garlic paste. Then add cumin, fennal and pepper powders

  • 04

    After it fried add onion paste fry upto it colour turns brown

  • 05

    Then fry tomato puree

  • 06

    Next add tumeric, red chilli powders

    Add liver and leave upto 5 to 6 Whistels

    After it cooked add fried coconut paste

    Cook in low flame. After water disappear add curry leaf and mix well

  • 10

    Transfer to plate. it ready to serve

  • 11

    For 2 year kids wash and grind the pieces and feed this healthy yummy liver.
