Take oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste. Stir till onion turns brown
Add tomato puree and salt to taste.
Stir and add haldi, mirch, cumin powder and wait till oil separates.
Add paneer and mushroom and mix well. You can deep fry paneer and them use.
Cover and wait 5 minutes.
Next add garam masala and some water for gravy. Let it simmer for 6minutes and its done.
