Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • paneer cut in cube 150 gms


  • mushrooms sliced 100 gms


  • onion finely chopped 2 nos


  • tomato pureed 1 nos


  • haldi 1/2 tsp


  • cumin powder 1 tsp


  • garam masala powder 1 tsp


  • kashmiri lal mirch 2 tsp


  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • oil 1 1/2 tbsp

Directions

  • Take oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste. Stir till onion turns brown
  • Add tomato puree and salt to taste.
  • Stir and add haldi, mirch, cumin powder and wait till oil separates.
  • Add paneer and mushroom and mix well. You can deep fry paneer and them use.
  • Cover and wait 5 minutes.
  • Next add garam masala and some water for gravy. Let it simmer for 6minutes and its done.
