Heat a pan add hing add salt haldi pow
channa masala and add amchur pow
and mix it well sauté it for two min in
low flame . Let it be cool
In a bowl add maida curd salt
baking pow and mix it well
Add little bit water and make a soft dough
and rest it for one hour in warm place
After one hour divide the dough
in to equal balls
Roll them with the help of rolling pin
and fry in hot oil
Now take a bhutra add channa
filling in one side
Apply corn flour mixture and roll it
tightly and fry in hot oil
Serve hot with any type of sauce
