Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Suji or Rava 250 gms

  • capsicum 2 nos

  • carrot 2 nos

  • beans 50 gms

  • Coriander 1/2 tbsp

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tbsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp

  • Green Chili 2-3 nos

  • Oil to fry 1 cups

  • Bread Crumbs 1/2 cups

  • Maida 1 tbsp

  • Water 2 cups

  • onion to garnish 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a pan 3 spoons of oil now put vegetables Capsicum carrot beans stir it well till moisture absorbs, now add Rava to it cook rava and make smooth dough then remove it from flame add salt Garam Masala Lal mirch Jeera coriander salt green chilli Mixwell

    Take one portion of dough,give shape of cutlet now dip in Maida and water mixture

    Again dip in bread crumb to cover cutlet and due to this cutlet becomes crispy

    Now fry these cutlets

  • 05

    Serve hot with onion rings and tomato sauce
