Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Spinach - chopped 1/2 cups

  • cauliflower 1/4 cups

  • Carrot - chopped 1 nos

  • Shimla mirch -chopped 1/2 nos

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • chat masala 1/4 tsp

  • Red Chili 1/4 tsp

  • Kitchen King 1/4 tsp

  • Suji 1/2 cups

  • Water 1 cups

  • Maida 1/4 cups

  • Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

    Heat a pan add jeera and sauté it

    add all vegetables and cook for a min.

    . Add salt ,red chilly pow ,chat masala

    and mix it well add water

  • 05

    and add suji and cook it for two to three min

    Switch off the flame let it be cool

    Add two table spoon of maida in the mixture

    and mix it well and make a some balls

    coat with maida mixture and

  • 10

    then coat with crushed cornflakes

  • 11

    Preheat the airfryer at 180 c

  • 12

    Apply little bit oil on the balls

  • 13

    Fry it in the air fryer for fifteen min

  • 14

    Serve hot
