  • 100 gms flour

  • 2 tsp coco powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 50 gms amul butter

  • 130 gms milkmade

  • 1/4 tsp soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 50 ml milk

  • 200 gms for truffle: cream

  • 150 gms dark chocolate

  • 200 ml sugar syrup

  • 1-2 cups water

  • 50 gms sugar

  • 2 tbsp vanilla glaze

  • 250 gms whipped cream


  • Firstly apply butter to the tin, then sprinkle flour over it and spread it evenly. Dust out the extra flour from the tin.
  • Cut the butter paper in the shape of tin with proper measurements and fix it inside the tin.
  • preheat the oven at 180°C.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, soda, coco powder and then sieve the mixture to get fine particles.
  • In another container, add butter and beat it for around 1 minute. Then add milkmade to it and again beat it for 1 minute.
  • Then add the sieved mixture to the mixture of butter and milkmade and beat it with it the help of a beater in only one direction for a sufficiently long period of time. Simultaneously add milk to the batter while beating.
  • Then put this batter in the tin and spread it evenly with the help of your fingers. Do not pat the tin once the batter is added to it or else a dome may get formed after baking.
  • Bake it at 180 °C for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Now cut cake in 3 slices then apply sugar syrup on each layer sugar syrup is made by 200 ml water and 50 grams sugar now comes icing truffle is made bye mixing warm cream and dark chocolate
  • Assembling first layer of cake apply whipped cream then second layer of cake again whipped cream and third layer of the cake is placed on top cover with all three layers with whipped cream then put truffle on it and make designs using Vanilla glaze
