Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 kgs small fish


  • 6 nos green chilly,slit


  • 5 nos garlic cloves,sliced


  • 1 cups coriander leaves,chopped


  • 1 tbsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients in a pan. Gently mix them well. Let it come to a boil.
  • Now cover the pan with lid and cook over high heat for 10-12 mins. Let the water evaporate completely and take off the flame.
  • Cover and keep until served. Serve it as a side dish along with rice and any curry.
