Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Small Fish 1/2 kgs

  • Green Chilly,slit 6 nos

  • Garlic Cloves,sliced 5 nos

  • Coriander Leaves,chopped 1 cups

  • Salt to taste 1 tbsp

  • Water 1/2 cups

Directions

    Add all the ingredients in a pan. Gently mix them well. Let it come to a boil.

    Now cover the pan with lid and cook over high heat for 10-12 mins. Let the water evaporate completely and take off the flame.

  • 03

    Cover and keep until served. Serve it as a side dish along with rice and any curry.
