Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups maida flour /all purpose flour


  • 2 nos riped bananas


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1/4 cups warm milk


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/4 cups oil

Directions

  • In a bowl take the curd and baking soda, mix well and keep aside for 10 mins.
  • Peel the banana and mash it using a fork. You can use blender too.
  • Add the sugar and milk to the curd mixture and let the sugar dissolve. Add vanilla essence, oil and mash banana to it and mix them well.
  • Seive in the flour and baking powder and gently fold it to make a smooth batter.
  • Grease a cake pan and preheat oven @180° for 10 mins
  • Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 35 mins. A toothpick inserted should come out clean
  • Remove from oven, let it stand for 5 mins. Demould it and let it cool down completely, cut and serve.
