Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Maida flour /All Purpose Flour 1 cups

  • Riped Bananas 2 nos

  • Curd 2 tbsp

  • warm milk 1/4 cups

  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • oil 1/4 cups

Directions

    In a bowl take the curd and baking soda, mix well and keep aside for 10 mins.

    Peel the banana and mash it using a fork. You can use blender too.

    Add the sugar and milk to the curd mixture and let the sugar dissolve. Add vanilla essence, oil and mash banana to it and mix them well.

    Seive in the flour and baking powder and gently fold it to make a smooth batter.

    Grease a cake pan and preheat oven @180° for 10 mins

    Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 35 mins. A toothpick inserted should come out clean

  • 07

    Remove from oven, let it stand for 5 mins. Demould it and let it cool down completely, cut and serve.
