Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 nos beetroot


  • 3 nos tomatoes


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 nos garlic ,chopped (according to your taste )


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp cream


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper pow

Directions

  • Cut the beetroot and tomatoes
  • Boiled beetroot and tomatoes for five min
  • Let it be cool and blend into fine paste
  • In a kadai add butter and garlic
  • sauté it and cook till the raw flavour
  • is gone Strain the purée and cook it
  • Add corn flour paste and cook
  • for 2 minuets
  • Add pepper and salt and cook it
  • for few min
  • Garnish with cream and serve hot
