Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 litre full cream milk


  • 25 nos almonds blanched and peeled


  • 20 nos soaked cashew


  • 30 nos blanched and peeled pistachios


  • 3 tbsp melon seeds


  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds


  • 1 bowls rose water


  • 1 1/2 tsp honey


  • 8-10 nos green cardamom


  • 20 nos rose petals


  • 8-10 nos black peppercorns


  • 1 bowls amul fresh cream chilled with icing sugar

Directions

  • Grind together almonds, cashew, pistachios, melon seeds and fennel seeds to coarsely grounded
  • Grind green cardamom,rose petals and black peppercorns to a smooth powder.Mix all well.
  • Take chilled milk in a jar.Add honey. Add 4-5 tsp of thandai powder made above and blend it well.pour it in glasses and freeze for about half an hour.
  • Take out and , add fruit cream chilled and add flaked almonds, pistachios and rose petals.
