Ingredients

Serves 4

  • besan (gram flout ) 1 bowls

  • potato 2 nos

  • paneer brick 200 gms

  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp

  • ginger and green chilli paste 1 tsp

  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp

  • oil 1 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • oil for frying 1 cups

Directions

    Ek bade bowl mai basan dal le. Sabhi masale dale. Fir usame pani ( water) dal kar pakode ka ghol ( batter) bana le.

    Potato peel kar ke slice cut kar le. Paneer ki slice cube shape mai cut kar le.

    Batter mai chopped coriander leaves dale aur mix kar le.

    Ek kadai mai oil dal kar pakode deep fry karane ke liye gas par garm karene rakh de.

    Garm oil mai thoda sa batter dal kar dekhe. oil garm ho jaye to, paneer and potato ki slice ko basan mai dip karke deep fry kar le.

    Garm garm pakode souce, chttany, and chai (tea) ke sath serve kare.

    My Tip:1.Vegetables bhi use kar sakte hai. 2.Basan one spoon rice flour dalege to pakode jyada crispi banege.
