  • mava or khoya 250 gms

  • bura 50 gms

  • elaichi powder and thode se elaichi ke Dane 1/2 tsp

  • Pista 10 nos

  • milk 1/2 bowls

    Sabhi ingredients le. Khoya ko Golden Brown colour ka bhun le.bhunane ke samay jarurat ke hisab se milk ka use karein.

    Khoya ko thanda hone ke liye rakh de.

    Thanda hone ke baad 3/4 bura and elaichi powder dalkar achche se mix Kar le.

    Ab lemon ke size ki ball Bana le fir hatheli ki help se flate karein.

    Ab use bache hue 1/4 bura mein lapate le.

    Fir usake upar elaichi Dana and pista chipka de.

    Is Tarah se sabhi pede Bana le aur 1/2 hour ke liye khula rakhe.

    Ab pede ban Kar raddy hai. Pedo ko container mein bhar Kar rakh de.

    Khoya danedar hona chahiye.

    Mathura ke pede 15 din take stor kiye ja sakate hai.
