Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Imli Pulp 1/4 bowls

  • Grated Gurd(Jaggery) 1/8 bowls

  • Red Chili Power 1 tsp

  • Black Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Roasted Jeera Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Boil imali palp and jeggary in a pan on the medium flame for a few minutes.

  • 02

    If required add water, when jeggary melt it mix well and boil for 5 minutes on the low flame.

  • 03

    Add red chilli powder, salt, black salt, garam masala powder and roasted jeera powder mix well and boil for 2 minutes.

  • 04

    Gud Imali ki meethi chatany is reddy to eat.
