  • 1/4 bowls imli pulp

  • 1/8 bowls grated gurd(jaggery)

  • 1 tsp red chili power

  • 1/4 tsp black salt

  • 1/4 tsp roasted jeera powder

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp salt as per taste


  • Boil imali palp and jeggary in a pan on the medium flame for a few minutes.
  • If required add water, when jeggary melt it mix well and boil for 5 minutes on the low flame.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt, black salt, garam masala powder and roasted jeera powder mix well and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Gud Imali ki meethi chatany is reddy to eat.
