For Veggies : Cut Potatoe Into Wedge .
Slit Brinjal Into 4,Cut Okra Lenthwise
Cut Carrots As Lenth Of Okra and Cut Cauliflower Florets. Fry All Veggies .
For Spices : Mix All Spices And Mix It Well. Keep Aside
For Masala : Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Rai , Jeera And Let It Splutter.
Add Onions And Ginger Garlic Paste.Add Onion Wait Till It Turns Translucent.
Add Tomatoe Puree And Stir To Mix. Wait Till Tomato Start Leaving Oil.
Add Curd And Spice Mix. And Mix It Till It Is Blended Properly. Now Add Cream And Stir Again.
Add Kasuri Methi And Salt To Taste. Mix It And Close The Lid.
For Assembling : Take Butter On A Tawa And Put The Masala In The Centre And Garnish With Coriander.
Assemble All Veggies Around Masala And Sprinkle Some Chat Masala Over All.
Serve Desired Veggies Mixing With Masala And Eat Hot With Chapati Or Paratha Or Naan. 🍱
