Ingredients

  • For veggies:Brinjal 4 nos


  • Potato 3 nos


  • Capsicum 2 nos


  • Lady Finger/Okra 1/2 kgs


  • Carrots(optional) 2 nos


  • Cauliflower 1/2 kgs


  • For Spices:Coriander Powder 1 tsp


  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp


  • Anar Dana ,crushed 1 tsp


  • Amchur Powder 1 tsp


  • Garam Masala 1 tsp


  • Haldi 1/2 tsp


  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch 1 tsp


  • For Masala:Onion,finely chopped 2 nos


  • Tomatoes,blanched and pured 2 nos


  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp


  • Curd 4 tsp


  • Oil 2 tsp


  • Kasuri methi 1 tbsp


  • Rai 1 tsp


  • Jeera 1 tsp


  • Cream 2 tsp

Directions

  • For Veggies : Cut Potatoe Into Wedge .
  • Slit Brinjal Into 4,Cut Okra Lenthwise
  • Cut Carrots As Lenth Of Okra and Cut Cauliflower Florets. Fry All Veggies .
  • For Spices : Mix All Spices And Mix It Well. Keep Aside
  • For Masala : Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Rai , Jeera And Let It Splutter.
  • Add Onions And Ginger Garlic Paste.Add Onion Wait Till It Turns Translucent.
  • Add Tomatoe Puree And Stir To Mix. Wait Till Tomato Start Leaving Oil.
  • Add Curd And Spice Mix. And Mix It Till It Is Blended Properly. Now Add Cream And Stir Again.
  • Add Kasuri Methi And Salt To Taste. Mix It And Close The Lid.
  • For Assembling : Take Butter On A Tawa And Put The Masala In The Centre And Garnish With Coriander.
  • Assemble All Veggies Around Masala And Sprinkle Some Chat Masala Over All.
  • Serve Desired Veggies Mixing With Masala And Eat Hot With Chapati Or Paratha Or Naan. 🍱
