Basan 1 cups
Rice flour 1/4 cups
Omam/ Ajwani 1 tsp
Watet 1/4 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter/ oil 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying 2 cups
Directions
Take basan in a bowel
Add red chilli, rice flour, salt
Add water and butter make a stickey dough
Heat oil to fry
Take small hole special vasel
Add dough in hole and close small hole part on top
Press the special vesal and pour the dough in oil after fried one side turn another side
Transfer into plate. Ready to taste
