Ingredients

  • Vadam (sun dried onion ball) 5 tsp

  • Coconut 1/4 cups

  • onion 1 nos

  • Tamarind piece 1 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Red Chili 7 nos

  • Sesame Oil 1/4 cups

  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Add oil in pan

  • 02

    Fry vadagam, after tat add coconut and fry well keep it aside

    Same pan fry onion and tomato

  • 04

    Add salt and tamarind

  • 05

    Now add red chillies

  • 06

    Blend all smothly

  • 07

    Ready to serve with dosa or idly
