Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 tsp vadam (sun dried onion ball)


  • 1/4 cups coconut


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos tamarind piece


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 7 nos red chili


  • 1/4 cups sesame oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Add oil in pan
  • Fry vadagam, after tat add coconut and fry well keep it aside
  • Same pan fry onion and tomato
  • Add salt and tamarind
  • Now add red chillies
  • Blend all smothly
  • Ready to serve with dosa or idly
