Pasta 2 cups
Maida 2 tsp
Butter 3 tsp
Mixed Herbs 1 tsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Cheese Cheddar 2-3 tsp
Milk 1/2 cups
In a pan take water and bring it boil. Add pasta, some salt.
In another pan add butter .when it melts add maida and mix it well
Add salt and water from the pasta and milk.
Add cheese and let it cook 2 minutes.
When pasta is al dante add it into the sauce.
Mix well .and serve hot by adding more cheese
