Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups sabudana soaked over night


  • 3-4 tsp besan


  • 1/2 cups cabbage


  • 1/2 cups carot


  • 1/2 cups corns


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 cups boil potato


  • 3 nos green chilies,chopped


  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger


  • 1/2 nos lemon juice


  • 2 tsp oil for frying

Directions

  • In a pan take sabudana and add all ingredients
  • Mix it well .
  • Make a ball and press it gently .
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets
  • You can shallow fry but it takes time to cook.
  • Serve with tamarind chutney or kethup
