Ingredients

2 cups sabudana soaked over night
3-4 tsp besan
1/2 cups cabbage
1/2 cups carot
1/2 cups corns
1 tsp salt to taste
1/2 cups boil potato
3 nos green chilies,chopped
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 nos lemon juice
2 tsp oil for frying
Directions
In a pan take sabudana and add all ingredients
Mix it well .
Make a ball and press it gently .
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets
You can shallow fry but it takes time to cook.
Serve with tamarind chutney or kethup
