Ingredients

Serves 2

  • half boiled rice 1 bowls

  • Jack fruit Pieces 1 bowls

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Spring onion leaves,chopped 1 bowls

  • Onion,chopped into slices 1 bowls

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Laung 2 nos

  • Black Pepper Seed 2 nos

  • Badi Elaichi 1 nos

  • Ghee or Oil 2 tbsp

  • Hing 1 tsp

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 bowls

Directions

    Wash rice and get it half boiled.

    After boiling drain the water.

  • 03

    Deseed the jackfruit and wash it.

    Pressure cook it for 1 or 2 whistle.

    Now drain the excess water of jackfruit also.

    Now take a wok and add ghee in it.

    When heated add bay leaf , ellaichi, laung and pepper to it.

    After that add hing and jeera.

    Stirr it and add sliced onion.

    Stirr continously.

    Now add jackfruit and stirr it

    After stirring add half glass water and all the masalas.

    When comes to boiling point add rice and mix it.

    Cover the lid.

    Now after 5 minutes add spring onion leaves and mix it.

    Again cover it with the lid.

    After 5 mins off the flame and see that the water should evaporates.

    Now garnish it with chopped corriander leaves.
