Mix maida and cornflour. Slowly add water to make batter .
Add some salt to taste and mix well. Next coat each floret in batter and deep fry.
Manchurian sauce: heat 2tsp oil in a pan on high flame.
Add capsicum, onion, and stir fry for a minute.
In a bowl take water and add manchurian mix. Stir it and add it into the pan.
Stir and simmer for 2minutes till mixture becomes thick.
Add fried gobi florets and mix well . Simmer for 2minutes.
Garnish with spring onion.
