Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiled thicky maggie


  • 1/2 cups besan flour


  • 1 tsp corn flour


  • 1 tsp chopped onion


  • 1 tsp chopped green chili


  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger


  • 1 tsp maggie masala


  • 2 tsp salt(as needed)


  • 2 cups oil(as needed)


  • 2 cups water


  • 1 tsp red chili powder

Directions

  • In a pen boil maggie noodles.boil it thicky add salt and maggie masala.keep it aside for cool.
  • Make batter in a bowl,basan flour,corn flour,chopped onion,chopped chilli,grated ginger, red chilli powder,salt and water
  • Heat oil in a pen.
  • Divided maggie mixture into ball.dip ball in the batter.
  • Deep fry maggie vada.and serve it.
