Ingredients

  • boiled thicky maggie 3 cups

  • Besan Flour 1/2 cups

  • Corn Flour 1 tsp

  • chopped onion 1 tsp

  • Chopped Green Chili 1 tsp

  • Grated Ginger 1/2 tsp

  • Maggie Masala 1 tsp

  • Salt(as needed) 2 tsp

  • Oil(as needed) 2 cups

  • Water 2 cups

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

Directions

    In a pen boil maggie noodles.boil it thicky add salt and maggie masala.keep it aside for cool.

    Make batter in a bowl,basan flour,corn flour,chopped onion,chopped chilli,grated ginger, red chilli powder,salt and water

    Heat oil in a pen.

  • 04

    Divided maggie mixture into ball.dip ball in the batter.

    Deep fry maggie vada.and serve it.
