Peel the potatoes and cut them into round slices.
Take a bowl of ragi flour.
Add salt , red chilli powder, chat masala to it.
Now male the batter by adding water to it.
There should not be any lumps.
See the consistency of the batter.
Neither thick nor very in liquid form.
Now heat the oil .
Dip the slices into the batter one by one and put them into the oil.
Deep fry them and make it crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
