Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes, next add 3 1/2 cup water and cook rice . Remove and cool seperately.
Cut all veggies into small pieces
Heal oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste.
Add onions and fry for 2 minutes.
Add all veggies and stir another 5 minutes
Add all sauces and mix for few minutes.
Add rice , salt and gently mix in together.
Serve with munchurian balls.
