Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • basmati rice 2 cups


  • Onion,finely chopped 1 nos


  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp


  • Cabbage 1/2 cups


  • Carrot Chopped(optonal) 2 nos


  • French beans 1/2 cups


  • Soy Sauce 2 tsp


  • Schezwan Sauce 1 tsp


  • Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp


  • Sesame Oil 2 tsp

Directions

  • Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes, next add 3 1/2 cup water and cook rice . Remove and cool seperately.
  • Cut all veggies into small pieces
  • Heal oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add onions and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add all veggies and stir another 5 minutes
  • Add all sauces and mix for few minutes.
  • Add rice , salt and gently mix in together.
  • Serve with munchurian balls.
