Ingredients

  • Big size prawns 500 gms

  • Onion Paste 1/2 cups

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Curd 1/2 cups

  • Fresh Cream /Malai 1/2 cups

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Red chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • kasuri methi 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Directions

    Marinate the prawns with salt , lemon juice for 5 minutes.

    Heat oil , add onion saute for 2 minutes, now add ginger garlic paste, cook another 2 minutes to raw smell was gone.

    Add all the masalas and curd and followed by the prawns. 2-3 minutes to cook. With lid.

  • 04

    Now add kasuri methi and fresh cream , mix well and serve with steamed rice.
