Ingredients

  • Poga 1/2 cups

  • Puffed rice 1/2 cups

  • Jegarry 1 cups

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Dissolve Jegarry in water. Heat for 5 min upto water reduced

  • 02

    Strain the Jegarry water from impurity

  • 03

    Meantime Fry poga in dry pan. Make it cool for few min.

  • 04

    Add poga and puffed rice in jegarry water after strain immidiatly

  • 05

    Prepare ball using hand tightly when it heat.

  • 06

    Ready to taste
