Ingredients
Serves 8
3/4 cups boiled potatos
4/5 cups carrot,beans,couliflower,green peas(boiled)
2tspn chopped onion
1 tpn grated ginger
2spn green chilies
1tspn coriander leaves chopped
2tsp cumin powder
1tsp turmeric powder
2tsp red chili powder
1tspn garam masala powder
1spn salt(as needed)
basan 1/2 cup
1tspn corn flour
1tspn roasted churshed peanuts
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup oil (as need)
2/3tspn water
2cup bread crumb
2 broken vermicelli
Directions
Boil potato and all veggies(carrot,beans,couliflower, green peas) very well in a pressure cooker and drain excess water.
In a pen heat oil.add chopped onion and saute on a medium flame for 1minute.
Add all veggies(carrot,beans,couliflower,green peas) mix well.cook on slow flame for 10to12 minute till vegetable are cooked.add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder and roasted churshed peanuts mix well and saute on medium flame for 1to2 minutes.add garam masala,chopped coriander and lemon juice mix wll and mash the mixture.remove from the flame ,transfer the mixture to a plate and allow it to cool completely.
Divide cutles mixture into 7/8 equal potmrtions.take one portion,give it heart shape by hand or cutlet mold.
Make a slightly thin batter of basan, corn flour and pinch of salt and 2tspn water.dip each shaped cutlets in the batter on the both the side.
Place them on the bread crumbs.placed them aside for 5to10 minute.
Again dip the cutlet in the batter and place them on the(broken) vermicelli place them aside 2/3 minute.
Heat oil in a pen and deep fry each cutlet till turns golden brown in colour from both side.drain excess oil on paper.now serve it.
