Ingredients

  • Broccoli 1 cups

  • Baby Corn 1 cups

  • carrot 1 cups

  • Ginger Garlic Chili Paste 3 tsp

  • Ginger garlic chilli chopped 3 tsp

  • capsicum 1 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • Soya Sauce 3 tsp

  • Chili Sauce 2 tsp

  • Tomato Sauce 4 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander 3 tsp

  • spring onion 3 nos

  • Maida 1 cups

  • Corn Flour 1 cups

Directions

    Cut broccoli, carrot, and baby corn in big pieces boil 30%

    Drain water add salt corn flour 4 spand 4 sp maida, ginger garlic paste mix well add 2to 3 sp of water mix well

    Again add 2 sp of maida and corn flour mix well, now fry double time each vegetables to make it crispy

    Now for gravy in a pan add 3 table spoon oil pan should be very hot, now add ginger garlic and green chili chopped, on high flame mix continuously, now add capsicum and onion pieces cook for 30 sec

    Now add soya sauce stir well then add water 1 cup then add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt , black pepper, sugar mix well

    Now add crispy vegetables mix and put off flame add coriender and spring onion on it and serve hot.
