Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1 cups jaggery


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tbsp dry fruits chopped


  • 1/2 cups jaggery


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

Directions

  • Take 1/2cup of water add 1 cup jaggery mix well
  • In plate add wheat flour add jaggery water and make a tight dough.
  • Take small wheat dough rolled into long noddles.
  • Make all noddles.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon rice flour on noddles.then they dont stick to each other.
  • Heat water in pan add 1/2cup jaggery.boil it again add fennek seed.
  • Add noddles in jaggery syrup.
  • Boil it to cook.
  • Lastly add dry fruits. And cardamom powder.
  • Serve hot
