Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Jaggery 1 cups

  • Water 1 cups

  • Dry Fruits Chopped 2 tbsp

  • Jaggery 1/2 cups

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp

Directions

    Take 1/2cup of water add 1 cup jaggery mix well

  • 02

    In plate add wheat flour add jaggery water and make a tight dough.

    Take small wheat dough rolled into long noddles.

  • 04

    Make all noddles.

  • 05

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon rice flour on noddles.then they dont stick to each other.

    Heat water in pan add 1/2cup jaggery.boil it again add fennek seed.

    Add noddles in jaggery syrup.

    Boil it to cook.

    Lastly add dry fruits. And cardamom powder.

    Serve hot
